Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-used subscription periods.
Because our tools are digital and delivered immediately, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the tool does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem. To request a refund, email proadrank@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
