Connected accounts (BYO keys)

How it works
- Connect accounts — paste YOUR OWN Facebook / Instagram / X / LinkedIn API key or access token. Toolzo pays no API cost and takes no ban risk: the keys are yours, the accounts are yours.
- Compose once — write a post, pick the platforms, get hashtag suggestions from your own text, then publish now or schedule it.
- Queue & calendar — see everything scheduled on a month calendar; due posts publish automatically when the Worker is connected.
- Inbox — messages and comments from all platforms in one place; auto-reply rules answer common questions for you.
- Competitors & analytics — follow public pages, watch their follower growth, and see which of your posts earned the most engagement.
Demo mode: everything is stored in this browser only (localStorage). Publishing is simulated — no post really goes to Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn until the Worker is connected AND real BYO keys are in place. Connect the Worker (Pricing & settings) for live mode. Connect your own accounts below to start posting.

Where to get one: Facebook/Instagram — a Page access token from your Meta developer app; X — a bearer / OAuth token from your X developer app; LinkedIn — an access token from your LinkedIn developer app. Each platform must approve YOUR app; Toolzo cannot post for you without your own keys, and your keys are never shared with Toolzo's servers in demo mode.

Auto-reply rules
When a comment contains the keyword, Toolzo Social replies with your text automatically (in live mode the Worker sends it; in demo mode it is recorded as an auto-reply on the message). Rules with no platform match every platform.
Track a competitor
Follow a rival's public page/handle and record its follower count. Growth is shown against the last count you entered — check their public page and update the number whenever you want a fresh reading.
Per platform
Engagement = likes + comments + shares. In demo mode the numbers come from simulated publishes. In live mode the Worker refreshes them from each platform's API with your BYO keys — platforms only report numbers for posts published through their API, and only with the right permissions.

Pricing — monthly subscription (NOT lifetime)
Standard — $49/month
Pro — $99/month
Advanced — $149/month
Hootsuite's own list prices for comparison: $99 / $199 / $399 per user/month. Toolzo Social is roughly half Hootsuite at each tier. No yearly price, seat count or per-plan account/post limit was set yet — v1 does not enforce any plan limit. Confirm yearly prices and limits with Qasim before selling. Payment checkout (Paddle) is not built yet — no payment or licence gate in this preview.
Cost to Toolzo: $0/month at start — Cloudflare Workers + D1 free tier, and social APIs are BYO (the user brings their own keys, so Toolzo pays no API cost and takes no ban risk). No paid server, no paid API.
Backend — live mode
Leave blank for demo mode (this browser only). Paste the deployed Worker URL for live mode — see README “Deploy the Worker”. The Worker is not deployed yet. Live mode stores posts, accounts, inbox and competitors in D1 and publishes due posts on a schedule.

About
Toolzo Social is clean-room code written for Toolzo — own UI, own name, own backend. Postiz (AGPL-3.0) and Mixpost (MIT Lite) were used only as a feature checklist (compose, schedule, calendar, inbox, analytics, competitor tracking, auto reply, hashtag suggestion); no Postiz or Mixpost code, UI or branding was copied. Postiz was deliberately not forked — AGPL-3.0 would require publishing our modified source if offered as a service. Mixpost Lite (MIT) covers only Facebook Pages, X and Mastodon, and its paid Pro licence forbids building your own SaaS, so it was not used either. Full notes in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md.
Honest limits: live publishing needs each platform to approve YOUR developer app and token (Meta app review, X developer access, LinkedIn developer app) — Toolzo cannot bypass that. Instagram publishing goes through the Instagram Graph API via a Facebook Page. The Worker code for all four platforms is written but has not been tested against the real platform APIs yet.
